The short version: Have fun, play fair on the leaderboards, and understand that the game is provided as it is.

Using the game

Simply Golf is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. If you got it from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement applies along with these terms. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement wins.

Playing fair

Please don't cheat, hack or tamper with the game to change your scores or achievements. We may remove scores from leaderboards that look like they weren't earned in normal play.

Our stuff

The game, its art, music and code belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Courses you share by seed are yours to share with anyone.

No warranty

The game and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the game will be free of bugs, or that every course is fair. Sometimes the wind just isn't on your side.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses from using the game or this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game changes. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to play means you accept it.
